Dates and details for deposit fee refunds:
your deposit will be refunded starting in March of the following year,
once the first tuition invoice has been paid
by the company or the OPCO (Skills Operator).
deadline in case of cancellation:
Termination Conditions Before the Start of Classes
Cancellation notified before September 15th: the sums received are fully refunded.
Cancellation notified after September 15th: a sum corresponding to the deposit paid upon registration
is kept by the establishment.
Termination Conditions After the Start of Classes
After final registration, if the student in initial training has begun attending classes, no refund of the remaining tuition fees can be issued, except in cases of force majeure or other legitimate and compelling reasons. If tuition fees are paid according to option 2, the full balance of the training fees will be due.
